Award-winning chef Francesco Ricchi brings his rich Tuscan culinary heritage to CESCO osteria. Chef Ricchi has been welcoming diners to his table for over 20 years, earning dozens of awards including Best New Restaurant in The United States and the Zagat Award of Distinction. CESCO osteria is the culmination of a lifetime of experience in the kitchen and interacting with diners- who, in Chef Ricchi’s words, are “Customers only once, then family for a lifetime.”

Since the cuisine is Tuscan inspired, the philosophy is simplicity and fresh ingredients. Olive oil is used over butter or cream with recipes allowing the authentic natural flavors to shine through. Chef Ricchi’s regional Tuscan features seasonal specialties such as house-made pastas created from fine Italian Durum wheat including Ravioloni stuffed with butternut squash and ricotta blanketed with mascarpone cheese sauce; classic vegetable stew Ribollita; freshly baked rustic bread; Prosecco-braised veal ossobuco; grilled whole Mediterranean sea bass with fresh herbs and garlic, ‘customized’ salads; Tuscan thin-crust pizza; and luscious desserts like Bomboloni and liquor-infused Italian ices.

CESCO osteria’s wine list features over 250 wines- mostly from Italy, but with a good presence from the New World as well. There are also a great variety of premium spirits and ultra-specialty libations created by master mixologists and served at the adjacent Co2 Lounge.
