Silver is an American classic with a distinctive new shine. With the Heart of a Diner & Style of a Brasserie - SILVER will have all the familiar favorites and healthier choices, and updated them for today’s palate. We partnered with more than a dozen local farms and purveyors to deliver you the freshness and flavors from our community.

We’re open early until late, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night paired with hand-crafted cocktails and local brews. From chicken pot pies with organic chicken, to freshly chopped salads with quinoa, to house made sodas using sugar cane, we offer the choices for how you live and a healthy dose of what you crave.

All the recipes and menus at Silver are created by Executive Chef Ype Von Hengst. With over 40 years of culinary experience in Europe and the United States, Chef Ype is known for creating flavorful, yet simple dishes using the freshest ingredients available.
